Meetings are created by the Group Facilitator for the group. To create a meeting click on "Create Meeting" on the right side margin of the group page in the "Meetings" section.
In the Calendar view select the Year, Month, and Day of your meeting.
Select the clock to set the time of the scheduled or recurring meeting.
Give your meeting a Title and select whether it is a Scheduled meeting or Weekly recurring Meeting.
Select the duration of the meeting.
Click "Add"
For Weekly or recurring meetings please select the "Weekly Meeting". Another calendar box will populate in screen for the "End date" of the meetings to be created.
Note* - Weekly or Recurring meetings are all accessed on the same meeting link for the entire timeframe of the Group meeting period set.
